New registration law for Recreational Vehicles

Golf cart, ATV and off-road vehicles are now subject to Ohio’s mandatory registration with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Before operating a recreational vehicle on any Ohio roadway, it must be registered with the BMV. This change may have a major impact on coverage, or cause lack of coverage for your recreational vehicle.
